Aat Subcontractor Agreement

I am thinking of outsource a bit of accounting. I`m also thinking about outsourcing accounts for Companies Ltd, because I don`t think I know enough to really do them (I have a few clients where I do the accounting, and they want me to sort the accounts for them to save them from dealing with two people). THE ATAs offer a typical use agreement, but I have to fill out the work schedule at the end and describe what they`re going to do. Does anyone have a wording that they used in such an agreement that I could use? Writing things is not my strength! You have entered into a subcontract that clarifies your role and responsibilities as well as the agreed pii compliance and money laundering agreements. If you only provide services as subcontractors, you do not need an AAT license. However, you need to make sure that: 2. At the end of the day, if the customer hires you and you outsource the work, the goat stops at your house and you can`t put it on the subcontractor if things go wrong. In a separate case, the payment of 1/3 of the fee to a subcontractor is an appropriate basis for payment. I think the underlying problem with the above quote is, that some (not all) accountants offer direct accounting services that go beyond their experience and level of qualification, but within their field of qualification, and this will of course create scenarios where people who have spent many years studying and acquiring the necessary experience needs of their professional organizations to be able to offer these services become quite short with their answers, especially if the question is fundamental, z.B. on fundamental questions relating to basic periods (this line has nothing to do with you or this thread, there is simply reasoning). This is the part in which I agree with your original article.

The accounts would be done by another accountant on a similar basis, except that I would not audit the work. Of course, I would pay it and I would charge the customer. My concern is that the reason I want to outsource is that I haven`t created as many Ltd business accounts and I want them to be created by someone who has more knowledge than me, but the AAT contract says I have to compensate for their work. I don`t think I can do it, because I expect them to know more than I do! I am happy to arrange the accounts and get in touch with the accountant, but I do not want to be responsible for the work done. Does anyone have a similar situation and how do you deal with that? It may be that it is a non-starter and the accountant has to handle them directly. You will receive a certificate from the AAT Foundation in Bookkeeping Level 2. We are currently confirming the schedules and dates of this course. Please indicate your interest below or contact us for more information. AAT membership has been paid directly, please check the AAT website for current fees.

I like those «If you can`t get the job done, why not do it» comments that are so often posted here. That`s what this forum is made for to get advice and opinions! The answers are not intended to replace professional advice. The answers are conceived as an outline, only the advice of a qualified professional with access to all relevant information should be sought before responding. 3. If the customer hires you, who will sign the accounts? Expect it to be you, so you should check everything that comes out and feel comfortable, which is reasonable, since the goat stops with you again. Personally, I have people who challenge me on insolvency cases, complex tax issues and other issues that I don`t feel comfortable with. I let them know that I can`t help, but that I have contacts who can point them in that direction. At the end of the day, it doesn`t really bother the end user who does it as long as it`s done right….
